To make any kind of sense of it, I must go back more than 10 years, back to the day when I got Max Payne on my PC. The graphics and gameplay blew me away. But before that I started the game and some great film noir'ish soundtrack entered my life. The notes hit my heart harder than any insult I took from school. Suddenly...I found something so film noir'ish and depressive that standing on a rooftop during a winterstorm will always bring forth memories of this. Twilight crawled across the sky, laden with foreboding.
